When MY Gym Nearly Sank, I Found a Lifeline
In 2018, I purchased an established gymnastics center that was on the verge of closing. On day one, we had just 89 enrolled athletes. I don’t have a business degree—coaching is my specialty—so I was stepping far outside my comfort zone and had a lot to learn. That’s when I called Miranda.
She gave me excellent advice on gym layouts to improve class flow, helped organize event divisions to ensure safe equipment sharing, and even assisted in renaming our classes to make them more exciting and appealing for kids.
